Founded in Colorado, family-owned LuLu’s BBQ serves award-winning barbecue that's smoked low and slow on the LuLu's Pit.

 

When we first set our sights on opening a BBQ restaurant, we wanted to bring the Texas-style BBQ tradition to life here in Louisville, CO, on downtown Main Street. This meant smoking meats fresh daily and running out by the end of the night – a hallmark of the Texas BBQ culture. The goal is to begin running out of items during the last hour of service, ensuring that we never sell yesterday’s meat. "86 Brisket!" or "86 Ribs!" can often be heard as we start closing down, getting ready to smoke fresh for the next day.

Our BBQ draws on influences from own roots in Oklahoma, where we’ve adopted regional flavors from our neighbors in Texas, Missouri, and Arkansas. Our meats are seasoned with simple, yet flavorful dry rubs, and our house made sauces are served on the side, allowing you to experience the true taste of the meat. Lazy-H BBQ sauces include Sweet n' Mild (created by our own folks in Oklahoma, thanks Dad!), Smokin' Hot and Zesty Mustard. Make sure to try them all!

 

Over the years, we’ve also picked up classic sides and specials inspired by other regions, like our Tangy vinegar and Zesty Mustard BBQ sauces from the Carolinas. Most LuLu's sides are made-from-scratch, like our cornbread, coleslaw, potato salad and our very popular mac-and-cheese.

Join us for fall-off-the-bone ribs, tender brisket, juicy pulled pork, wings, flavorful smoked turkey, spicy sausage, and for our vegetarian friends, smoked BBQ tofu. Our hours are 12-8 or 9pm (or until sold out), 7 days a week. We don’t take reservations – all seating is first come, first served. Enjoy indoor dining, outdoor seating on our patio, or grab your meal to go.
