Where are you located and where do I park?
Follow your nose to our mouthwatering BBQ! Our original Lulu's BBQ restaurant is located in historic old town Louisville, Colorado. We opened in 2011 in a renovated Phillips 66 gas station converted to a neighborhood BBQ joint. Our address is 701B Main St, Louisville CO 80027. Free street parking is available. See ya'll soon!
What are the hours? Do you take reservations/offer take-out?
Our current hours are 12-8pm (or until sold out), 7 days a week. We do not take reservations. All seating is first come, first served. Enjoy indoor dining, outdoor dining on our patio, or take-out. We provide take-out service from our pick-up window from open to close (or sold out). Call ahead to order at 720-583-1789.
What type of BBQ do you serve?
We serve award-winning Texas Hill Country Style barbecue slow smoked on LuLu's Pit! Owner and pit master Kevin Herrington draws from his roots in Oklahoma, and has also adopted regional flavors from friends and family in Texas, Missouri, and Arkansas. Our meats are seasoned with simple, yet flavorful dry rubs, and our house made sauces are served on the side, allowing you to experience the true taste of the meat. Lazy-H BBQ sauces include Sweet n' Mild (created by our own folks in Oklahoma, thanks Dad!), Smokin' Hot and Zesty Mustard, and Tangy Vinegar inspired by the Carolinas. Make sure to try them all! Join us for fall-off-the-bone ribs, tender brisket, juicy pulled pork, wings, flavorful smoked turkey, spicy sausage, and for our vegetarian friends, smoked BBQ tofu. Pair your meal with made-from-scratch cornbread and classic Southern sides. Don’t miss our famous Texas Slushes, barrel-aged cocktails, and margaritas – they’re a must-try! Are there gluten-free or vegetarian options?
For our vegetarian friends, we have smoked BBQ tofu and vegetarian sides. All meats and sauces are gluten-free, and many of the sides are well, such as coleslaw, potato salad, broccoli, beans, and garlic mashed potatoes (marked as GF on the menu).
