The original Lulu's BBQ in historic old town Louisville, Colorado opened in 2011 in a renovated Phillips 66 gas station converted to a neighborhood BBQ joint. Family-owned LuLu’s BBQ serves award winning Texas Hill Country Style barbecue slow smoked on LuLu's Pit!
Our current hours are 12-8pm (or until sold out), 7 days a week. We do not take reservations. All seating is first come, first served. Enjoy indoor dining, outdoor dining on our patio, or take-out.
